About Us

Babes in the Backyard started as a small group chat of Mamas and has since expanded into a supportive community of over 100 Mamas in the Los Angeles area (most of our Mamas live in Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Brentwood).

Babes in the Backyard intends to support Mamas through each stage of motherhood. We welcome you into our community where you can bond with your baby, meet new friends, and learn from a variety of experts.

We now offer a vibrant, active WhatsApp group with any topic you can think of from Pregnancy Woes to Starting Solids to Selling Gently Used Baby Items.

We offer 3-4 community events per month including Mommy & Me Playdates, Meet the Expert chats, Mommy & Me Movement, and we welcome the whole family (Dads & Partners welcome!) to our art, music and swim classes!
